The weekend is finally here and maybe you’re in need of some fashion inspiration for your Saturday night. Don’t worry about it, we’ve prepared a list of the most fashionable TV shows.  And in case you were wondering, there’s much more than Sex and the City

1. Gossip Girl

This American TV series premiered in 2007. During the past 5 years we’ve seen Blair and Serena fighting against each other for the best-dressed crown. Serena has been the eternal “it girl” during the 5 seasons, rocking some incredible outfits from some of the best designers. Blair popularized the preppy look during her high school years, she and her entourage were never be seen without a bow tie and a headband.

Jenny Humphrey (played by “good girl gone goth” Taylor Momsen) launched her own line during the show. Although she hasn’t appeared in any episode of season 5, she’s supposed to be studying at Central Saint Martins.

2. The Rachel Zoe Project

If you ever wondered how the celebrity styling business works, this is your show. This reality TV series follows super stylist Rachel Zoe around Hollywood while she picks dresses for her celebrity clients.

The best? Lots of footage of all the major fashion shows, stunning dresses, the drama and the current associate Jeremiah Brent. The worst? Rachel Zoe.

3. 90210

This TV show is a spin-off of Beverly Hills, 90210. It is already on its fourth season and although the show is not directly focused on fashion, these rich Los Angeles kids definitely know how to dress!

Gillian Zinser’s character, Ivy Sullivan, was a great incorporation to the show. The surfer girl has been rocking some of the most interesting outfits and bringing the boho style back into the spotlight.

4.  How to Make It in America

While Gossip Girl shows the lives of Manhattan’s elite, How to Make It in America is all about the Brooklyn hipsters. The main characters of the show, Ben and Cam, are two entrepreneurs in their late 20s who try to make their way in New York’s fashion scene.

Lots of good music, girls, fixie bikes and urban clothing. Although the TV show has been cancelled after the second season, it is expected to return on a different network.

5. The Beautiful Life

This TV show ,produced by Ashton Kutcher and starring Elle Macpherson, only aired for 5 episodes. The series revolved around a group of models living in New York and had several notable guest appearances such as designer Zac Posen, model Irina Lazareanu and Marie Claire editor Nina Garcia.

The 5 episodes can be watched online at the show’s YouTube channel.
